In 2010, at the age of 23, I started a low calorie meal delivery company on the small island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. Working out of my mother's kitchen, I fell in love with the process of creating nutritious food from only the freshest ingredients found on the island. Since then, we've become one of the largest names in healthy eating with over 1 million items delivered.
The search for fresh, healthy ingredients always brings you to the source- the farms and farmers alike. Farm to table products aren't just better for you, they taste better too. Our products start off in the fertile soils of the Caribbean, under the warm Caribbean sun. They're then gently and minimally turned into the products we bring to you today.
